Chicken Pot Pie

Pieces of boneless chicken breast with carrots, onions, celery, potatoes, corn and green beans. Served piping hot with a house-made pastry top.

LumberJack Beef Stew

Large chunks of choice beef braised in a rich gravy with carrots, onions, celery, and potatoes, topped with buttermilk biscuits.

Baked Mastaccioli

Fresh Italian sausage & peppers with basil, garlic and tomato sauce, tossed with penne pasta, then topped with mozzarella cheese and baked golden brown.

Crock-Pot Style Pork Roast

Fresh pork shoulder rubbed with black pepper & garlic, then braised 'til fork tender and served in its own pan drippings.

German Bratwurst

Pan-seared, then steamed in beer. Served with caraway braised cabbage and caramelized onions.

Layers and layers of Italian sausage, pasta sheets, ricotta cheese, marinara, and Parmesan, finished with house-made tomato basil sauce.
